Carrot "Nantes 2" (on the tape).
Middle early variety for early and autumn harvest. Vegetation period is 110 days. 4 m long, water soluble and providing very precise sowing seed strip for early bunch harvest lay in greenhouse in March, April. Lay outdoors in 1-2 cm deep furrow with fertile, deeply prepared soil in April, June. Roots of about 15 cm long with sweet taste. Good resistance against carrot root fly.

* Salad of apples, carrots and walnuts.
Ingredients: 100 g carrots, 100 g apples, 40 g peeled walnuts, 20 g natural honey, juice of one lemon, parsley, salt to taste.
1. Peel and wash the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater.
2. Remove the seed capsule from the apple and cut into smaller pieces
3. Warm the honey carefully for 1 minute
4. Crush walnuts and combine all ingredients.
Mix. Add spicy herbs and squeeze lemon juice, add salt.
5. Place the mixture in sterile jars and pour the released juice into it.
6. Place for sterilization in water at a temperature of +50°C under liter jars for 10 minutes, liter jars for 15 minutes, remove, quickly close with sterile lids and roll up.
Store in a cool place.
